Attention artists, labels, publishers and distributors. My Mixcloud channel has now enough subscribers to allow artists to claim some income by appearing on my shows. Mixcloud have deals with all the major record labels which none of you are on which is why you’re on my channel. 😅
BUT they also have deals with over 250 independent labels such as XL, Ninja Tune, Mad Decent via the Merlin umbrella organisation. Which maybe a handful of you are on. Self-releasing independent artists can use a licensed distribution service like Believe and Tunecore who send tracks to Mixclouds audio fingerprinter as well. On the songwriter and publishing side of things, Mixcloud has deals with all the major publishers and Performance Rights Organizations such as ASCAP, BMI, SESAC and the PRS.
So basically if you’re on one of the above and one of my shows you’re entitled to a share from my subscribers. ❤️
