Another reel of the Virtual Cassette Library begins. Twelve tracks, two sides. A virtual cassette that turns itself at the halfway mark, the oxide catching just long enough to mark the seam before the second side continues.
These are not playlists. Each episode is structured as a pair of continuous sets: six tracks on each side, mixed and stitched so the joins sit almost inside the grain. The sequence is the form.

The episodes remain free for the first week. After that they move into the Mixcloud subscriber archive. Subscribers also receive Veil Frequencies, the ongoing series of three-hour transmissions—extended traversals rather than selections, moving through a curtain of sound that occasionally seems to register the listener in return.

Side A trusts the guide so the glide is already under way and Venus looks rather pleased, reaches the destination and then politely asks to rewind the last bit, practises the art of being young with the exclusive already warm, lets the echo accept its past with the signature already signed, finds the sprite and the bride both slightly surprised to be in the same room, and accounts for someone who was there in New South Wales. Side B thickens a Finnish mist until it becomes itself, terraces the terrace so thoroughly the cat is already elegant about it, brings the wind from the sea with the sea already agreeing, keeps the world still loved on a kind remaster, cares totally with the ears already filed on the tenth, and lets the virga fall so the third can be the one that stays.
Overall mood: Elegant, and quietly accepted — full of trusted guides, signed acceptances, and thirds that decide to stay. Perfect for dusk listening, open terraces, or sitting still while the next spool still waits.
