Livingston Transmission Centre

Based on the tracks “Tukushima Transmission” by “Dark Fidelity Hi Fi” from the album “Your Skyline Correspondent” and “Make it In Livingston” by “Dohnavùr” from the album “We Owe Each Other Everything”.
Good day listeners, wherever you are. Trevor here.

The track you’re hearing—“Mute Joke Renting”—isn’t just the name of the episode. It’s the pulse beneath my voice, the gravitational center of today’s journey. Available for pre-order on Bandcamp, already whispering through YouTube, it sets the tone for what’s to come.

🌀 Side A opens with Altus’ “Pattern Theory,” followed by KeepSleep’s “complex feelings,” Susumu Yokota’s “Sleepy Eye,” and Anita Tatlow & Applefish’s “Celestial Drift.” Alex Ringess paints landscapes of the soul, while John McBain stretches time with “Fade In Fade Out.” Zavijava Orchestra, Cole Pulice, and Windstar Enterprises guide us through hidden nooks and cosmic breezes. Skeptical Inquirer and Ogle close the side with forest echoes and pond reflections.
🌊 Side B flips the signal with Sven Wunder’s “Misty Shore” and Sandro Brugnolini’s “Africaneìdico.” Trevlad returns with “Area Vent Clutter,” anchoring the mix before Radio Free London’s “At the Edge of Forever” and frostlake’s “Behind Closed Eyes.” Datasal and Rival Consoles bring texture and pulse, while Martin Solos and Cate Le Bon stir the stars. Zeke Clough and Twilight Sequence lead us into the pink forest, followed by Cate Francesca Brooks, Bryan Rohmer, and the trio of Meierkord, Lucchi & Kobak. Corrado Maria De Santis closes the journey with “Entangled Uncertainties.”

Trevor’s Virtual Cassette Library 099

Stardust Transmission.

Welcome to Trevor’s Virtual Cassette Library episode 099 A 90-minute journey with a metaphysical flip at the halfway mark—perfect for a long walk, a mental wander, or a quiet moment alone with the universe. Today’s flight is partially sponsored by these labels: Bricolage, Cyclical Dreams, Mortality Tables, Altus Music, Discus Music, and Clay Pipe Music.

As well as these artists who have sent me material: matsu, The Earl of Dean, Larry Toadman, mRn, aeon, Fflwcs, Sankt Otten & Anita Tatlow.

Much love to my Co-Host the poet, the Psychonaut, Nanogod, Panajotis Chatzistefanou, for his visualisations of what’s going on during the episodes.

Special thanks to Free Album Codes—always fueling the episodes with Bandcamp gems. 🙏

Also shout outs to, Edgars Bruvers, MoiCflo, aeon_music, Joulsryan50, and, Snowpong, for the follows, likes and comments.

The A side opens with a super exclusive by Granada Spain duo Kiko & Miguel better known as, matsu. The track Quietud will be their 4th single from their upcoming release Umbral. The album is not due for release until october 2. This single will be officially released on September 18, but you non subscribers can hear it here until the 23 august. The album, Umbral, inhabits that in-between space, that threshold: where what we feel and what we do don’t fully align, where what once felt steady begins to tremble. The release will be accompanied by an 8-part film, with each chapter conceptually interpreting one of the album’s tracks. Together, all eight chapters form a visual entity that shares the name Umbral. The film is directed by filmmaker and artist Héctor Ayuso.
Also a super exclusive from Sergio Mariani, aka, mRn. With the track, Those Purged, Purified And Refined. Only available here on this episode or a short clip on mRns instagram.

The B side contains a little penny whistle exclusive called Away With Troubles And Anxieties! from Paul Dunmalls upcoming album of the same name. Release date: 15th September on Sheffield based label Discus Music.

I won’t be commenting between the tracks. You can join nanogod on the time line. Don’t be shy.
